Yes. The Free plan is genuinely free forever — no trial period, no credit card required, no hidden limits. You get 5 spins per month, 2 active spinners, unlimited custom prizes, Swivel Points (earn only), activity logs, and leaderboard at no cost. We won't suddenly charge you after 30 days.

A user is any member of your Slack workspace who interacts with Swivel — spins the wheel, receives a nomination, or triggers a spin — during the billing period. Admins and viewers who never interact don't count. We only charge for active participants.

Absolutely. You can upgrade from Free to Premium at any time and you'll be prorated for the remaining billing period. Downgrading back to Free takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — your Premium features stay active until then.

Monthly billing is charged month-to-month at $3/user. Annual billing is charged once per year and works out to $2/user/month — a 33% savings. Annual plans are paid upfront for the year. You can always switch from monthly to annual to lock in the savings.

If you're not satisfied in your first 30 days on a paid plan, reach out to hello@playswivel.com and we'll make it right — full refund, no questions asked. After 30 days, we don't offer refunds for the current billing period, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
